Citizens Committee to Review Alcoholic Beverage Laws
The Citizens' Committee to Review Alcoholic Beverage Laws was charged with reviewing how the City of Annapolis regulates alcoholic beverage licensing and fees. A final report with the Committee’s recommendations was presented to the City Council on July 15, 2010.

Ordinance No. O-27-09 (pending legislation): Restaurant Liquor Licenses and Hours—For the purposes of authorizing restaurants serving alcohol in the C2 and C2A zoning districts to remain open beyond midnight and permitting the issuance of 2 a.m. restaurant-class liquor licenses (Class B.x) in the C2 and C2A zoning districts.
